We are now a community of 70,000 (and counting)!
Super grateful for all your support, engagement and inspiration.
You make showing up every day worth it.
Here are 7 lessons I learned from this journey:
1/ The power of purpose
Purpose keeps us going. For me, it’s about paying it forward—helping others grow as leaders and fast-track their careers. It’s my anchor when the journey gets tough.
2/ Stay curious with a beginner’s mindset
Even with deep expertise in my field, I’ve learned that content creation is another ball game. Approaching it with humility and curiosity has been key. It’s a skill I’m still learning. But that’s what makes the journey so rewarding and fun.
3/ Adaptability is everything
Change is constant (topics, trends, formats etc.), and you’ve got to roll with it. I’ve learned to stay firm on my purpose but flexible on how I get there. If you’re not adapting, you’re falling behind.
4/ Impact over metrics
It’s easy to get caught up in the vanity metrics. But at the end of the day, it’s not about likes or impressions—it’s about whether what I’m sharing is helping someone improve their life.
5/ Community makes the journey
Creating content can feel lonely at times. But your comments, messages, and meetups keep me going—especially on the hard days. It’s a two-way street. Kindness and connection make all the difference.
6/ Discipline beats motivation
Motivation comes and goes, but systems keep me consistent. The trick? Build habits that work even when you don’t feel like showing up.
7/ Authenticity wins
It’s tempting to chase trends, but staying true to yourself always resonates. People connect with authenticity, not perfection—and it’s so much more fulfilling.
Excited for what's to come in '25, stay tuned!
THANK YOU!
