When someone says: "She exudes executive presence."
Here’s what they really mean:
-"She listens deeply"
-"She brings unique insights"
-"She communicates with purpose"
-"She trusts her judgment without ego"
-"She shows strength through vulnerability"
-"She stays steady, particularly under pressure"
-"She makes hard calls and owns them"
-"She brings clarity to ambiguity"
-"She inspires through vision"
-"She lifts others"
"Executive presence" isn't a thing.
It's an aggregation of many behaviors done consistently and well.
What am I missing?
PS: The most powerful executive presence? Knowing and trusting yourself.
