• Make it okay to disagree, and create a safe space to address promptly. • Align everyone on a shared objective before diving into differences. • Lean in with curiosity—question assumptions and seek to understand. • Focus on "we vs. the problem" rather than "me vs. you." • Commit to and champion the final decision even if it wasn’t your first choice.
